The Haunting of Gwllehvyp was recorded in Litteraturens Hus in Uppsala in late August 2024. A few of the tracks were recorded live in front of an audiecne and a few were recorded in the same venue, but with no witnesses. Beat Keller and I met a several years ago in Berlin and this session and gig was the beginning of a small tour of the Nordic and Baltic countries that Autumn.
Beat Keller is a Swiss musician making avant-garde jazz, experimental and improvised music. He received several awards and scholarships from Pro HelveAa - The Swiss Arts Council, Canton of Thurgau, Canton of Zurich and the City of Winterthur. He has collaborated with the likes of Joke Lanz, Saadet Türköz, Axel Dörner, Burkhard Beins, Christian Wallumrød, Werner Puntigam, Jason Kahn, Ute Wassermann, Cara Stacey and many more.
